Cat is a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, foot zone technician and so much more. She specializes in all things body related. She leads yoga flows, breath work and dance ceremonies. Her happy place is anything involving sunshine and the wild outdoors.

Jayenna is a writer, educator and mother of three. She is a survivor of abuse, now happily remarried and building a business. Some of her passions include anthropology and mythology. She loves to blend the mystical with the scientific to help individuals see their world in a different light.
